Thanks to everyone who came out to the workshop to share your ideas for Brandt Pike's future! After a three day frenzy of mapping, sketching, meetings, walk audits, and lots of coffee and cookies, the workshop culminated in a final presentation on Thursday, November 17. The presentation showed renderings and plans for possible redevelopment opportunities along the Pike, including the new library, a senior living campus attached to the Premiere Health facility, mixed-use retail residential, and roadway improvements on Brandt Pike and new internal roads in the proposed developments.
